Training officer cadets to become future leaders of the defense force is the goal of Dakshya Career Academy (DC). Its teaching staff includes qualified and professional teachers and Loksewa experts with years of experience. In line with the most recent curriculum revisions, these competent teachers and Lok Sewa specialists provide valuable time and relevant knowledge to the enrolled officer cadet candidates. Besides, skilled and qualified teachers and experts prepare the officer cadet candidates on written courses such as( IQ, GK, English, mathematics, and Nepali ). 

This program strongly motivates and excites officer cadet candidates who aim to be active members of the Nepali Army to become officers so they can serve the Nation and people with dignity and honor, 

The academy's three former Nepali army officers concentrate on using various psychological methods and techniques (IO/TO/GTO) to assess the officer candidates. Moreover, the academy emphasizes indoor and outdoor activity, to enhance officer cadet's personalities and general growth. to encourage young people's job opportunities in the Nepali Army and to educate and raise public understanding about the Nepali Army and other security agencies.

Dakshya is an excellent academic institution for preparing officer cadet written (IQ, GK, English, Mathematics, and Nepali) as well as psychology tests (TO/GTO/IO). We are delighted to have partnered with Brooklyn College, one of Nepal's top colleges in Kathmandu.

We do have two facilities: a contemporary structure at Bagbazar that houses enrolled officer cadet candidates for theoretical classes. However, there is another facility at  Brooklyn College, Sukedhara, Ring Road for conducting practical exercises like GTO Tasks and Individual Obstacles. This is the only academy that has the largest GTO Ground near Sukedhara, Ring Road, with a complete GTO Task and Individual Obstacle practice area is this one.

Therefore, this Academy is well equipped to utilize appropriate college premises and other facilities for its purpose. It has its obstacle course including GTO group tasks that are designed as per the actual obstacles that the aspiring candidates should have a clear understanding and practice while facing the actual process.

This building located at Bajrabir Marg, Bagbazar, opposite Kumari Bank provides facility of boys hostel with attached bathroom facilities. Moreover, Dakshya encourages and motivates candidates to improve their self-esteem and confidence by organizing various sports such as football, basketball, Table Tennis, and volleyball regularly.

Dakshya at Bagbazar envisages introducing more advanced classrooms with multimedia facilities arrangements in the future which can facilitate students to grasp relevant knowledge with ease in the classes.

Moreover, apart from mentoring and training for the Defense Forces, Dakshya conducts various extra-curricular activities and updated and reviewed programs to take you on a fulfilling journey that will challenge and enhance the candidate’s personality, leadership skills, attitudes, and outlook.
